By using the OrderPick application and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
OrderPick is a platform that connects customers with stores and restaurants, allowing customers to browse menus, place orders, and pick them up.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Orders and Payment
- All displayed prices include VAT unless otherwise stated
- Orders are confirmed after the store accepts them
- Preparation times may vary depending on the store and order size
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled before the store begins preparation. Refunds will be returned to the wallet or original payment method according to the refund policy.
6. Loyalty Points
The loyalty points program is subject to separate terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time with prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
OrderPick is an intermediary between customers and stores. We are not responsible for the quality of products provided by stores.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any material changes.
